According to the information, as a result of the vigilance of a border patrol in the service area of the Khudat border detachment of the State Border Service's Border Troops, two citizens of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria - Makhlouf Houari, born in 1994, and Brahim Houari, born in 1996 - were detained while attempting to cross the state border from Azerbaijan in the direction of the Russian Federation.
