Baku: The service of a diplomatic service employee will be terminated in the event of death or when a court decision that has entered into legal force declares the person missing or deceased, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this is reflected in the new Article 30.1.14 added to the Law 'On Diplomatic Service' under the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev. In such cases, the heirs of the diplomatic service employee will be paid an allowance equal to four times the average monthly state salary.
