Baku: Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and China has reached new record levels, Chinese Ambassador Lu Mei said during the presentation and special screening in Baku of the Azerbaijani-dubbed version of the documentary 'Guardian of Heritage,' APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ambassador Lu Mei highlighted that relations between China and Azerbaijan are expanding, with significant results being achieved through the joint implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. She noted an increase in high-level mutual visits, strengthening political mutual trust, and the achievement of important outcomes within this framework.

Ambassador Lu Mei emphasized that bilateral trade turnover has repeatedly reached new record levels, reflecting the growing economic collaboration between the two countries. The Belt and Road Initiative continues to play a crucial role in enhancing these ties, fostering further economic and political cooperation.
