Baku: “The establishment of world-class infrastructure across Karabakh is already clearly visible,” said the British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, in an interview with APA-Economics.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Auld noted that British companies are already actively operating in Karabakh. BP is implementing a solar energy project in Jabrayil, while Chapman Taylor has participated in the master planning of several cities. A number of other British companies have also been involved in landmine clearance operations. Furthermore, Zaha Hadid Architects, the firm responsible for designing the Heydar Aliyev Center, is currently exploring new opportunities in the region.
These developments indicate the United Kingdom’s genuine intention to be a real partner in Azerbaijan’s reconstruction and development process.
