Baku: Shamil Rzayev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA), recently held a meeting with Duncan Norman, the newly appointed UK Ambassador to Azerbaijan. The discussions centered around enhancing cooperation in the field of humanitarian demining, outlining current priorities, and exploring future projects aimed at addressing the challenges posed by landmines.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting underscored the critical importance of eliminating the mine threat, highlighting that it extends beyond security concerns.
