During mine-clearing operations in the Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavend, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts, a total of 62 anti-personnel mines, 17 anti-tank mines, and 460 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were detected and neutralized from April 13 to 19, the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) said in a statement.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the agency noted that, in total, 1,455.4 hectares of territory had been cleared of mines and UXOs during the reporting period. The extensive mine-clearing operations underscore ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and security of these regions, which have been heavily affected by remnants of past conflicts.
