Jabrayil: An employee from the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) suffered a severe injury resulting in the amputation of his leg due to a mine explosion near the village of Mehdili in the Jabrayil district. The incident occurred on April 6 around 10:15 a.m., and the individual was promptly hospitalized, APA reports citing TABIB.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the victim, born on December 16, 1991, was initially taken to the Fuzuli District Central Hospital. Medical authorities confirmed that he endured a traumatic amputation of the lower left leg and foot area. Following the initial treatment, the patient was transferred to a private medical facility in Baku for further medical care.
