Vagif Babayev (1972), an employee of the Mine Clearance Agency, and Renat Agababayev (1999), an ensign of the state border service, were injured by a mine of varying severity.

The incident occurred on November 19 at about 15.00 in the Zangilan region. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

According to the same source, an investigation is ongoing by the Gubadli military prosecutor’s office.
