Ankara: The Ankara Administrative Court has dismissed the complaint filed by Gultekin Hajibeyli, APA's Trkiye bureau reports. Hajibeyli, who has been detained under restrictive conditions at the Catalca Removal Center in Trkiye for nearly two months, has been actively seeking legal recourse against her detention.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hajibeyli shared on social media that her application to suspend a deportation order was recently reviewed and rejected by the Istanbul Administrative Court. Despite her efforts to challenge the order, the legal proceedings have not been in her favor so far.
The recent development in Hajibeyli's case involved an application to annul the G-82 code, which has prompted the Ankara Administrative Court to send an inquiry to the Istanbul Governorate. The outcome of this inquiry remains to be seen, and it is yet another step in the complex legal battle faced by Hajibeyli.
