Ankara: A seminar highlighting Azerbaijan's foreign policy, jointly organized by the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) and the Center for Strategic Research of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SAM), was held in Ankara, Trkiye, on June 29-30.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the seminar commenced with opening remarks by Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the AIR Center, and Ramazan Erdag, head of the SAM Center. The speakers highlighted that Azerbaijan-Trkiye relations-which were elevated to the level of a strategic alliance following the signing of the Shusha Declaration-contribute significantly to enhancing peace, stability, and cooperation in the region. They also stressed how much bilateral ties are boosted by the close political cooperation between the two countries, intensifying reciprocal visits, mutual support within international platforms, and the trust-based, friendly relations between both leaders.

The seminar further explored the main avenues of Azerbaijan's foreign policy, the country's bilateral relations with regional and international actors, cooperation within international platforms, and Azerbaijan's security policy. Other speakers included Javid Valiyev, member of the Board of the AIR Center, and Fuad Abdullayev, leading advisor at the AIR Center.
