Azerbaijani fighter Imamaddin Khalilov reached the final of the 2024 World Para Taekwondo Open Challenge tournament held in Chuncheon, Korea. He beat his Kazakh and Uzbek encounters in the quarterfinals and 1/8 finals respectively. Azerbaijan's Khalilov also progressed to the final of the tournament in the men's 70kg weight class.
