Copenhagen: President of the European Council Antonio Costa has extended congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan for the progress in peace they have accomplished. This announcement was made during the 7th Summit of the European Political Community.

According to Trend News Agency, Costa emphasized the significance of the peace achieved between the two nations, highlighting it as an important moment for Europe. He remarked, “The peace you have achieved is an important moment for Europe. It demonstrates that building peace is possible, and we all have a responsibility to support it.”

Additionally, French President Emmanuel Macron has also joined in extending his congratulations to both President Aliyev and Prime Minister Pashinyan, acknowledging the milestone in diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
