BAKU: Armenia has appointed Gurgen Arsenyan as its new ambassador to Russia, Trend reports.

The relevant decree was signed by President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.

To note, Arsenyan previously served as a member of parliament from the ruling Civil Contract party.
