“The Republic of Armenia does not claim to determine the fate of Karabakh,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at today’s press conference, APA reports.

“We are holding negotiations on the importance of creating a dialogue between Khankendi and Baku,” he added.
