Armenia has appointed a special envoy for dialogue with Turkey, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Vahan Hunanyan said on Twitter, APA reports.

According to him, Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan will represent Armenia in the dialogue process to normalize relations with Turkey.
