Yerevan: The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced plans for the practical implementation of the 'Trump Route' initiative, with construction work scheduled to begin in 2026.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Armenia is engaged in intensive negotiations with American partners to establish the legal framework for the 'Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity' project. The discussions aim to develop regulatory mechanisms that will support the project's objectives.
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also revealed that a joint Armenia-U.S. enterprise, 'TRIPP Company,' will be registered in Armenia. This company will be responsible for developing the necessary infrastructure for the project, including railways, highways, oil and gas pipelines, and fiber-optic communication lines.
