The Armenian armed forces fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of Kekhanabi and Esrik Jirdakhan settlements of Tovuz region on March 2, from 20:50 to 21:16 with multi-caliber weapons. This was reported by the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry on March 3.

Divisions of the Azerbaijani army deployed in these areas took adequate response measures.

There were no casualties among servicemen and equipment of the Azerbaijani army.

Note that the situation in these areas is now stable and the operational situation is under full control of Azerbaijani units.
