Ankara: Artificial intelligence is an inevitable stage in banking, and data management will become the sector’s main advantage, said Arpaslan €š¬¡akar, Chairman of the Board of the Banks Association of Trkiye, during his speech at the 9th Banking Forum, APA-Economics reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, he noted that customer behavior is rapidly changing, with people no longer wanting to visit branches. Instead, they expect their needs to be analyzed in advance and delivered to them invisibly.

€š¬¡akar emphasized that the banking sector has transitioned from corporate banking to retail banking, and from there to a stage of strong digital transformation.
