The Astrakhan Business Center has opened in Baku.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev, Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov, Head of Narimanov District Executive Authority Abdin Farzaliyev, Governor of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin and high-ranking officials of the government of Astrakhan.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the center was held on December 19, 2017.
