Baku: The average monthly salary in Azerbaijan is expected to reach 1,170.8 manats in 2026, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the projection is based on the draft law ‘On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026.’ This figure is derived from official macroeconomic data released by the State Statistics Committee for the period of January to May 2025. During this period, the average monthly salary was recorded at 1,095.0 manats, marking a 9.1% increase compared to the same timeframe the previous year.

The data helps in supporting the projections that the average monthly salary will rise to 1,170.8 manats in 2026, reflecting ongoing economic trends and fiscal policies outlined in the state budget draft.
