“?ertainly, involvement of both local and foreign investors for construction of hotels and accommodation places, creation of public catering and business places in Shusha will be a fact worthy of commendation, but all of these should be in accordance with the general plan,” said Special Representative of President for Shusha district Aydin Karimov, APA reports.

“Comprehensive solutions of the general plan are already carried out and involvement of investors in the above-mentioned fields will be conducted stage-by-stage,” he added.
