Baku:AZCON Holding and IE Business School, part of Spain's renowned IE University, have successfully concluded the "Global Senior Management" program designed for the strategic leadership of AZCON Holding and its associated companies.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding, and William Davila, Executive Chairman for Corporate Relations at IE University, underscored the importance of human capital development in achieving sustainable organizational growth. They stressed the need for enhancing leadership skills, embracing modern management strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

During the event, AZCON Holding and IE University signed a memorandum to provide AZCON employees with tuition discounts on undergraduate and graduate programs. They also introduced a new leadership initiative specifically aimed at middle managers.

The ceremony concluded with the awarding of certificates to participants who successfully completed the "Global Senior Management" program. This partnership is set to advance AZCON Holding's human capital priorities, integrate global best practices, and enhance the management capabilities of its leadership team.
