Baku:AZCON Holding CEO Shahin Babayev met with a delegation led by Wang Xiaolin, Chairman of China's CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive company, who is currently visiting Azerbaijan. The meeting focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between AZCON Holding and CRRC Zhuzhou in the transport sector.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the discussion highlighted the significance of a recently signed contract with Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) for the supply of four electric passenger trains. This agreement was viewed as a crucial milestone in the ongoing collaboration, providing new opportunities for further partnership.

The meeting also explored potential cooperation in the development of Azerbaijan's transport and logistics infrastructure. This includes the expansion of the railway network, as well as tram and other urban mobility projects. Additionally, information was shared regarding AZCON Holding's management approach and the various projects planned for implementation in the transport sector, aligning with Azerbaijan's priorities for enhancing regional transport connections.
