Baku:AZCON Holding has successfully completed its Global Senior Management program in collaboration with IE University, as reported by APA-Economics.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the program was organized for the strategic leadership teams of AZCON Holding and its affiliated companies, in cooperation with IE Business School, part of Spain's renowned IE University. The event highlighted the importance of human capital development for sustainable organizational growth.

During the event, Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding, and William Davila, Executive President for Corporate Relations at IE University, stressed the significance of leadership skill enhancement, modern management approaches, and ongoing learning in an evolving business landscape.

A memorandum was signed to provide AZCON Holding employees with discounts on bachelor's and master's degree programs. Additionally, a new leadership initiative for middle managers was launched. Certificates were awarded to participants who successfully completed the Global Senior Management program.
