Baku: Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov recently met with Besart Kadia, the first resident Ambassador of Albania to Azerbaijan, marking a significant step in the diplomatic relationship between the two countries. Kadia presented a copy of his credentials to Bayramov during the meeting, which took place on October 29. The talks also touched upon Azerbaijan's upcoming role in the COP29 presidency and ongoing negotiations.
