Baku:Chingiz Huseynzada, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee (NOC), recently held discussions with a Belarusian delegation led by Viktor Lukashenko, President of the Belarus National Olympic Committee.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting was attended by Azerbaijan NOC Secretary General Azer Aliyev and concentrated on enhancing sports cooperation and the Olympic Movement between the two nations.

Huseynzada emphasized the strong existing ties between the Azerbaijani and Belarusian National Olympic Committees and highlighted the progress of the sports sector and Olympic Movement in Azerbaijan. Lukashenko acknowledged Azerbaijan's experience in hosting international sporting events and expressed confidence in the continued growth of cooperation between the two committees.
