Baku: A Chinese delegation, led by Ying Yong, Chief Grand Prosecutor and Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, visited Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General's Office on August 31. During the visit, Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev held a one-on-one meeting with Ying Yong.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegations from both countries participated in a bilateral meeting following the individual discussions. This meeting culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan and the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China.

In a gesture of recognition, Kamran Aliyev presented Ying Yong with the jubilee medal, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Prosecutor's Office. This award was given in acknowledgment of Ying Yong's contributions to fostering friendly relations between the two nations and enhancing exchanges of experience and mutual assistance.
