Azerbaijan and Dominican Republic Implement Visa-Free Policy for Diplomatic and Service Passports

Baku: Holders of diplomatic and service/official passports from Azerbaijan and the Dominican Republic are now exempt from visa requirements. President Ilham Aliyev has approved the law facilitating this exemption.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the agreement titled “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Dominican Republic on the Exemption of Holders of Diplomatic and Service/Official Passports from the Visa Requirement” was signed in New York on September 24, 2025. This move is expected to ease travel for government officials and strengthen diplomatic ties between the two nations.
