Azerbaijan and Hungary Engage in Second Consular Consultations

Baku: Azerbaijan and Hungary conducted their second consular consultations on February 11, 2026, in Baku, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Azerbaijani side was represented by Emil Safarov, Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the Hungarian delegation was led by Bal¡zs Farkas, Head of the Department of Consular Affairs and Citizenship of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The discussions were also attended by Tamas Torma, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Azerbaijan. Officials from the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan, the State Employment Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Science and Education, and the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan participated in the consultations.
