Baku: A Memorandum of Understanding on the Continuous Monitoring Mechanism within the framework of the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme in the field of aviation safety between Azerbaijan and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) will be approved, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this development is detailed in a draft law titled ‘On the Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Civil Aviation Organization on the Continuous Monitoring Mechanism within the Framework of the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP).’ This draft law is set to be discussed during the extended meeting of the Committee for International Relations and Interparliamentary Connections of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) scheduled for May 14.
