Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan Enhance Strategic Ties, Says Deputy Foreign Minister


BAKU: Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are reinforcing their strategic partnership, as highlighted by Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov during an event in Baku celebrating Kazakhstan’s Republic Day.

According to Trend News Agency, Mammadov noted the significant growth in the strategic partnership between the two nations in recent years. He pointed out that the ties, which are deeply rooted in shared history, culture, and religion, have developed into a more robust strategic alliance. Mammadov emphasized that the relationship, based on mutual respect and shared interests, is thriving across various sectors, notably in transport and logistics through the Trans-Caspian Corridor.

Mammadov further remarked on Azerbaijan’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with Kazakhstan within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States. He underscored that both countries continue to support each other at regional and international levels.
