Kuwait city: Zaka Mirzayev, Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan's State Social Protection Fund, met with Khaled Jassim AlMudhaf, Director General of Kuwait's Public Institution of Social Security, to explore avenues for cooperation in the fields of pension and social insurance.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting featured Mirzayev providing comprehensive insights into Azerbaijan's recent reforms in social insurance and protection. He emphasized the country's innovative approaches, including proactive services delivered through electronic infrastructure and the insurance-pension system. Mirzayev also discussed key priorities aimed at enhancing social protection for the population.

Khaled Jassim AlMudhaf shared details about Kuwait's pension and insurance systems, along with ongoing initiatives and future plans. He showed interest in learning from Azerbaijan's experiences, particularly in innovative pension provision mechanisms, the digitalization of services, and proactive social payment assignments.

Following their discussions, representatives from both institutions presented their respective pension and social insurance systems.
