Azerbaijan and Moldova Discuss Energy Security and Bilateral Cooperation


Munich: Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Moldova’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Pop?oi on February 15, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference. The meeting centered on the bilateral and multilateral cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Moldova, with a key focus on energy security collaboration. The discussions also included current regional and international developments.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, both ministers emphasized the significance of high-level contacts in fortifying the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Moldova, which are founded on mutual respect and support. They also highlighted the necessity of enhancing cooperation within multilateral platforms. Additionally, the parties exchanged views on other matters of mutual interest, reinforcing their commitment to ongoing dialogue and cooperation.
