Baku: Anar Guliyev, Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, engaged in discussions with Gombosuren Munkhbayar, Mongolia's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, as the ambassador concluded his diplomatic mission in the country. The meeting centered around Mongolia's involvement in the upcoming 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which is set to take place in Baku in May 2026.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the talks also covered sustainable urban development issues. Both sides exchanged views on the strategic urban planning policies being implemented by their respective nations. Chairman Anar Guliyev extended his gratitude to Ambassador Munkhbayar for his role in enhancing bilateral relations during his tenure and wished him well in his future endeavors.
