Muscat: During his visit to the Sultanate of Oman, Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, engaged in discussions with Umberto Fanni, the Director General and Artistic Director of the Royal Opera House Muscat.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Minister Karimli shared insights into Azerbaijan's professional theater and opera art, emphasizing the established traditions in this field. The discussions between the two parties focused on the potential for collaboration between the Royal Opera House Muscat and the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, along with other theaters and concert institutions.

Furthermore, both parties considered the possibility of staging 'Koroghlu,' an opera by the renowned Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli, at the Royal Opera House Muscat.
