Azerbaijan and Pakistan Discuss Economic Cooperation Prospects

Baku: Samad Bashirli, Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy, met with Muhammad Humair Karim, Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state and prospects of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the parties exchanged views on further expanding the existing partnership between the two friendly and fraternal countries in the fields of economy. They focused on promoting trade and investment relations and strengthening cooperation among business communities.

The two sides emphasized the importance of supporting joint initiatives in areas of mutual interest. They also highlighted the need to promote economic cooperation in new fields, aiming to enhance the bilateral relationship further.
