Azerbaijan and Somalia to Exempt Diplomatic Passport Holders from Visa Requirements

Baku: Azerbaijan and Somalia will exempt diplomatic passport holders from visa requirements, APA reports. This development was highlighted in the draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan concerning the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia on the mutual exemption of diplomatic passport holders from visa requirements."

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft law was presented for discussion during a session of the Milli Majlis. After deliberation, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in one reading, signifying a step towards easing travel between the two countries for individuals holding diplomatic passports.
