Baku: Azerbaijan and Sudan have reached an agreement to mutually exempt holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements. The decision was reported by APA, following an online meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Ties where the relevant draft law was discussed.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft law, titled "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan on the Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic Passports," was recommended for consideration at a plenary session after the discussions. This development is aimed at facilitating diplomatic relations and easing travel for officials between the two countries.
