Abu dhabi: Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of Azerbaijan’s Media Development Agency, met with Hamza Al-Mustafa, Minister of Information of the Syrian Arab Republic, on the sidelines of the BRIDGE Summit in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The event is recognized as the world’s largest media and content industry gathering.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussions between the two officials centered on the prospects for developing cooperation in media and communications between Azerbaijan and Syria. They explored ways to expand the flow of information and identified mutual interests in these fields.

The summit also addressed issues such as combating disinformation, building a reliable information environment, expanding dialogue, and establishing institutional relations between the participating countries.
