Baku: Presidential Assistant and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, met with Mehmet Samsar, Ambassador and Director General for Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Trkiye, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, the Embassy of Trkiye in Azerbaijan said in a statement, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Turkish Ambassador Birol Akgn also took part in the meeting. During the meeting, bilateral relations and regional issues were discussed.
