Istanbul: Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Culture Murad Huseynov met with Deputy Minister of Trkiye's Culture and Tourism Batuhan Mumcu at Ataturk Cultural Centre in Istanbul. The meeting centered on enhancing cultural relations between the two nations and executing the roadmap signed for cooperation between their respective ministries.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the agenda included participation in international festivals and cultural events, expansion of cooperation among cultural collectives, and the mutual exchange of professional experience. Both sides addressed projects undertaken by the Yunus Emre Institute in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Trkiye, which aim to promote national culture and shared heritage.

The ministers underscored the deeply rooted brotherly relations and explored ways to further develop strong cultural ties. They emphasized that cooperation now spans all fields of culture and highlighted the importance of joint projects slated for implementation in the future.
