Ankara: Azerbaijan's State Committee on Work with Diaspora and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under Trkiye's Ministry of Culture and Tourism have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on diaspora cooperation. This significant agreement was finalized during the first Muslim Diaspora Forum of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Ankara, Trkiye.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the MoU was signed by Fuad Muradov, Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, and Abdulhadi Turus, YTB President. Both parties expressed a mutual interest in enhancing the collaboration between the two nations through this agreement.

Fuad Muradov reiterated Azerbaijan's dedication to strengthening its relationship with Trkiye. He also acknowledged the Turkish Foreign Ministry's efforts in fostering deeper cooperation between the two allied countries. Meanwhile, Abdulhadi Turus expressed Trkiye's willingness to contribute to the ongoing friendship and partnership with Azerbaijan.
