Baku: Azerbaijan and Trkiye are exploring opportunities to jointly develop an artificial intelligence-based product, as announced by Vurgun Hajiyev, Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA). This initiative was discussed during a panel at the 'Azerbaijan-Trkiye Business Forum: Digital Transformation and Technology Bridge,' APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hajiyev highlighted the potential for collaboration in the financial and fintech sectors, suggesting that elements from Trkiye could be implemented in Azerbaijan. He emphasized the importance of focusing on core vision data, particularly in the realms of data governance, engineering, and science, as essential for Azerbaijan's next developmental stage, which will be driven by credit services and the government's e-government 3.0 model.
Hajiyev outlined the necessity of processing raw data into AI systems to advance to the next level of technological development. He noted that various tools and experiences from Trkiye and other Turkic states are of significant interest. Sharing experiences and learning from Trkiye's advancements in artificial intelligence, especially in education, is a priority for Azerbaijan. Hajiyev stressed the importance of applying AI developments not only at the university level but also in schools, indicating a broad application beyond higher education.
