Baku: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized the importance of strengthening the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) for Azerbaijan and Trkiye during a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Bayramov highlighted the significance of the Intergovernmental Commission, noting that humanitarian aspects are crucial in the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Trkiye. He mentioned that Azerbaijan and Trkiye's cooperation on multilateral platforms, particularly within the framework of the OTS, was a focal point of the discussions. The upcoming OTS Summit, scheduled for next month, was also a topic of preparation and dialogue, underscoring the continuous need for bolstering solidarity within the organization for both nations.
