Baku: ‘As a result of the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, the energy map of not only our region but also the wider geography has changed,’ President Ilham Aliyev stated during a summit with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the significant role that Azerbaijan and Trkiye have played in enhancing energy security. He noted that their collaboration has led to the launch of extensive projects focused on alternative energy production and export. Furthermore, he emphasized the strategic importance of the transport routes that connect Asia and Europe through Azerbaijan and Trkiye.
