Baku: Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan have formalized a memorandum of cooperation aimed at enhancing collaboration in equestrian sports and the equestrian industry. The agreement was signed between the Azerbaijan Equestrian Federation and Turkmenistan's State Association 'Trkmen atlary'.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum outlines plans for strengthening mutual cooperation within the equestrian field. The agreement includes provisions for technical and advisory support, information exchange, joint project implementation, and participation in various collaborative formats.

Furthermore, the memorandum stipulates the involvement of specialists in international exhibitions, round tables, and events, alongside the organization of courses, seminars, and conferences to support training and professional development.

This strategic partnership is expected to advance equestrian sports and industry cooperation between the two nations, enhance the sector's international presence, and will be effective for a period of five years from the signing date.
