Baku: Rashad Nabiyev, Azerbaijan's Minister of Digital Development and Transport, met with a U.S. delegation led by Caleb Orr, Assistant Secretary of State for Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs. The meeting focused on exploring future cooperation in the fields of digitalization and transportation. According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the talks centered on expanding the regulatory and legal framework in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. They also discussed a potential partnership with U.S. government agencies and companies to establish a data center in Azerbaijan. Additionally, both sides exchanged views on efforts and plans for expanding the Middle Corridor and developing the Zangezur Corridor. The discussions also included prospects for U.S. company participation in these initiatives.
