Baku: A contract has been signed between Baku Shipyard LLC and Abu Dhabi Ports Company OJSC for the construction and sale of two container ships, APA reports. The agreement marks a significant development in the maritime collaboration between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the contract was formalized during the visit of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to Azerbaijan. This partnership aims to enhance the shipping infrastructure and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
