Azerbaijan and UK Set New Economic Partnership Targets

Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Lord Stockwood, UK Minister of State for Investment at the Department for Business and Trade. The meeting focused on expanding economic relations and setting new targets for collaboration between the two nations.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussions covered various prospects for economic partnerships, emphasizing the importance of cooperation in trade expansion, energy security, green energy, innovation, and digitalization. Both parties explored opportunities in these priority areas to enhance mutual benefits.

Key collaborative efforts were highlighted during the meeting, including the promotion of mutual investments and the development of the non-oil and gas sector.
