Baku: The "Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of healthcare and medical science" has been officially approved. The decree for this agreement was signed by President Ilham Aliyev, marking a significant step in the bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the agreement aims to enhance collaboration in medical science and healthcare between Azerbaijan and Ukraine. With the approval now in place, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the agreement's provisions. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is responsible for notifying the Ukrainian government that all necessary domestic procedures for the agreement's enforcement have been completed.
This agreement, which was originally signed in Baku on November 1, 2025, highlights the commitment of both nations to advance their healthcare sectors through mutual cooperation and shared expertise.
